This article describes in detail how to customize the colors of elements and text of your widget, as well as how to translate the entire interface to any language.
In the Personal Account on the ImbaChat website, in the widget settings, you can change the colors of the interface of your widget. Go to the "Style Settings" block.
You can choose from two color themes. Dark and Light. Choose the one that best suits your site.
2. Style customization
What if you're not happy with the default widget themes and want the best visual blend of chat with your website? There is a solution to this.
In the "Style Settings" block you can also choose any color for each element of the chat interface. Choose a color from the palette or paste the HTML code of the desired color. You can also choose the color of the text and chat pins.
The demo chat in the lower right corner will show you how your widget will look with the new colors, so it will be easier to find the right colors. Also, the widget itself on your site also changes colors when selected. Save the appropriate design.
Done! Now the chat looks much better!
3. Language customization
In the Personal Account in the widget settings go to "Language Settings". In the window that opens, you will see a list of all phrases of the widget interface. Insert the translation you need in any language into the input line on the right, opposite each phrase. Done!

5. User loading
That function is ready for WordPress websites now. The list of users will load in the chat widget automatically. To start conversation between users, they click on the user name at the chat window. ALso, they can find exact user through the chat search line. The first 50 users uploaded in the chat by default. You can change this amount in the Dashboard --> Chat settings --> Advanced settings.
Please note, that the number of users uploaded to the chat directly affects the download speed of the chat.
By caching data (user information), the chat will load faster. Moreover, the longer the caching time you choose, the less frequently information about users will be updated. For example, if you select a caching time of 1 week, then if the user data changes during this time, it will be displayed in the chat after the data is updated. At the same time, the chat loading speed becomes higher, and the load on your server is lower. With less caching time, data will be updated more often.
You can configure it in the Dashboard --> Chat settings --> Cache settings
